After working in the corporate world, Eveling decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career in real estate. It was an exciting and challenging decision, but one that she knew would be worth it for her community "My goal as a real estate consultant is to bring education and financial literacy into communities and empower them to build equity through investment and in turn build generational wealth".
As a real estate agent, she creates opportunities for people to find their dream homes and invest in their futures, "It is incredibly rewarding to see my clients’ satisfaction when they finally purchase their home or get the best deal on an investment property".
Eveling uses her creative problem-solving skills and negotiation experience to ensure that her clients get the best possible outcome, and her professional network in the industry helps her build lasting relationships with them, especially for those who want guidance throughout their journey of buying or selling a home later on, rather than just as a one-time agent.
Besides being a Real Estate Agent, Eveling considers herself a bookworm, "I am secretly a geek," she says. She is also interested in sports, crafts, and community education. "Working heavily within my community I have noticed the common misconceptions many families hold about real estate", which she plans to break by going into the business.
