Katherine Cabrera

As a Realtor®, and Real Estate Pre-licensing Instructor, Katherine provides strategic Real Estate guidance to buyers and sellers across many New Jersey markets. Her business is built on communication, disclosure, trust, and care prioritizing her clients' best interests. “ It is my priority to help my clients achieve their Real Estate needs and wants, but also, to help them explore options they may not even be aware they had”  says Katherine. 
 
Katherine enjoys educating her clients about all the Real Estate lingo, processes, and market changes. Her goal is to make her clients fall in love with Real Estate and see it as a tool for continuous growth rather than a one-time transaction. “I truly enjoy seeing my clients understand what is going on each step of the way and seeing their desire to learn more throughout the purchase or sale process" she says. 
 
Katherine started in Real Estate in 2016 as a full-time transaction coordinator. She has managed over two hundred residential and commercial Real Estate transactions giving her the necessary knowledge and experience to guide her clients and negotiate for their best interests.
 
Katherine has been a Union County resident for over 15 years. Her knowledge of the city’s geography can assist you with all of your Real Estate needs.
