Lorena Abarca
As a New Jersey Realtor®, Lorena's buyers, sellers, renters, and investors benefit immensely from her extensive experience working directly with homeowners at a variety of respected insurance companies. Lorena is continuously thrilled at the opportunity to help people achieve the milestone that purchasing a first home represents because, as she describes best herself, that's her true professional motivation.

She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including families, first-time buyers, and new as well as experienced investors in both the U.S. and abroad; her specialties include single and multi-family properties, new construction, and condos throughout northern and central New Jersey. Last year Lorena joined a brokerage in the Dominican Republic where she got to experience the country's lifestyle, culture, and investment opportunities.
Besides being extremely focused on her career as a Real Estate Agent at Florostone Realty, Lorena also describes herself as "very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of my mental health. Reading and exercising are my hobbies"
