Responsibilities and Duties

• Previous real estate experience required, with familiarity in NJ contracts.
• Create timelines and follow up with individuals to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers throughout the real estate sales process, managing administrative tasks related to closing sales effectively.
• Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact through closing.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide reminders, updates, and guidance through each stage of the closing process.
• Coordinate the closing date, time, and location, and notify all parties involved.
• Prepare commission statements for our listings and verify commissions on the ALTA/CD prior to closing.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks.
• Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Knowledge/Skills

• Bilingual/Spanish speaking - Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1+ year of working experience in real estate - Required
• Experience with MLS systems - Preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Office-Word and Excel
• Must be extremely detail oriented and dedicated to systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Results oriented and high achiever

Compensation

Base Salary + $300 Bonus per transaction closed monthly
