Embark on our journey with a challenging project encompassing 23 new constructions. These Two-Family homes boasted a luxurious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bath, two additional bedrooms, and a modern kitchen. The expansive open-concept living/dining area invites comfort and style. Additionally, the ground level offered a recreational room and a full bathroom, providing convenience and versatility. Remarkably, all properties exceeded expectations, selling above the asking price within the year.

317-319 Doyle St, Elizabeth, NJ

Finished in the spring of 2023, this new construction was developed as a Multi-Family Project in the Peterstown area of Elizabeth. All units included 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and an entertainment room in their two-level townhomes. These two units were sold 

325 Doyle Street, Elizabeth, NJ

This stunning home was the last of the four properties in Petertown, Elizabeth. It offered two units with a modern, stylish, and open concept layout, spacious kitchens, SS appliances, in-unit washer/dryer hookups, central AC/forced hot air, hardwood flooring, separate utilities, and closet space. Sold well above the asking price and outperforming the other units from last year, it stands as a testament to the appreciation potential of New Jersey's new construction homes.
